Project: Build a Bilingual Healthcare E-commerce Platform on Shopify
looking for an experienced developer or small agency to design and build a professional e-commerce platform for the Saudi market.

The platform will serve two customer groups:

1. Healthcare professionals — online store

Sell products such as handheld ultrasound devices, stethoscopes, scrubs, medical bags and professional essentials.

Required features:

* English and Arabic, including proper right-to-left layouts.
* Premium, mobile-friendly design aligned with our brand.
* Product categories, search, filters, product pages, cart and checkout.
* Saudi payment gateway integration and Tamara, subject to merchant approval and technical compatibility.
* Shipping, order tracking, returns and an agreed Saudi e-invoicing integration.
* Verified employee accounts with controlled discounts and restricted pricing.
* Demo booking, quotation requests and assisted purchasing for high-value devices.

2. B2B — used medical equipment

featuring:

* Equipment listings with specifications, condition reports, photographs and supporting documents.
* Buyer registration and approval.
* Enquiries, quotation requests and manually reviewed offers.
* Requests for inspection, cleaning, data wiping, logistics and installation services.
* Admin approval before listings are published, with an audit trail.
* Clearly identified sellers and approved payment arrangements; no platform-held wallet or escrow in the initial release.

Public e-auctions and third-party seller onboarding in case if seller wants to.

Platform and delivery

Shopify is preferred. Please identify what can be delivered through standard functionality, paid apps and custom development, including any plan limitations.

The scope should include design, development, testing, launch, basic SEO and analytics, admin training, documentation and post-launch support. All accounts, custom code and configuration must be handed over to Flow.

Please include in your proposal:

* Two or three relevant live projects and your role in delivering them.
* Recommended architecture and proposed apps/integrations.
* Fixed-price breakdown, milestones and delivery timeline.
* All recurring subscription and maintenance costs.
* Assumptions, exclusions, support terms and defect-warranty period.

Payments will be linked to agreed deliverables and acceptance testing. Detailed requirements and brand assets will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
