Monthly State Tender Applications

My team is maxed out, so I need a seasoned professional to prepare and lodge our State-level government tender submissions on a rolling monthly basis. Each cycle you will:

• Review the request for tender, extract all compliance requirements and key evaluation points.
• Gather or request the supporting company documents you need from me, then complete every schedule, form and declaration.
• Draft concise, persuasive responses that align our capabilities with the tender criteria.
• Package the whole submission—editable originals plus a final, upload-ready PDF—well ahead of deadline.

Success in this role hinges on demonstrated experience with government procurement processes and the various State e-tendering portals. If you have a solid track record of winning or short-listing bids, let me know how you achieved it; that practical experience is the single most important detail I’ll be weighing.

Turnaround times vary, but expect at least one tender packet per month. You’ll work directly with me for clarifications, and everything we share remains strictly confidential.
