The scope includes:

• Setting up collections, filters, payments, taxes, and shipping rates
• Importing every SKU without data loss and configuring inventory rules
• Installing and configuring any essential apps to streamline operations
• Optimising speed, basic on-page SEO, and reusable product/page templates

When delivery is complete, the store must be live, fully populated, and ready to accept real orders on all devices.
