Migrate MS Access to Firebird

I need an MS Access database migrated to a Firebird database. The database is less than 1GB in size.

Requirements:
- Migrate all tables from MS Access to Firebird and vice versa.
- Migrate all tables from MS Access to MS SQL and vice versa.
- Preserve any table relationships or constraints (to be confirmed).
- Map data types to closest equivalent like Boolean to Small Int, Currency to single or double
- Code should be in C# or VB.NET

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in MS Access and Firebird and MS-SQL
- Experience with database migration
- Experience in VB.NET and C#
- Attention to detail for preserving relationships and constraints
