Manual QA Testing – POS App

I have a café POS / restaurant management web application that is already in active use and now needs a fresh set of eyes on every release. I’m looking for a manual QA tester who can jump in part-time, preferably from Chennai (remote is fine), and cover functional, regression and UAT cycles end-to-end.

Here’s what the day-to-day looks like: you’ll study the current feature list, build or refine the test cases, run them across desktop and mobile breakpoints, log defects with clear steps and evidence, and verify the fixes once they land. A solid grasp of user roles and permissions is essential because the system serves cashiers, waitstaff, kitchen screens and managers, each with different views and privileges. If you have tested POS or hospitality software before, that will help you spot edge cases quickly—split bills, offline mode, tip adjustments, the works.

Deliverables I expect from each sprint
• A concise test plan with updated test cases
• Complete bug reports in the tracker with screenshots or video
• A retest sign-off once fixes are deployed

I typically release every two weeks, so availability for about 10–15 hours during those windows would be ideal. Let me know:
