Zoho Creator Purchase Intelligence Agent with AI

I want to turn Zoho Creator into an AI-powered assistant that shortens the gap between incoming enquiries and a confirmed purchase order. On receipt of a sales request coming in by either Email or WhatsApp, the app must automatically:

• pull the full thread,
• parse it with NLP to extract the product name, quantity, price and any free-form description,
• look up Zoho Inventory in real time and flag exact matches or, when stock is low, surface the closest in-brand or cross-brand alternatives with clear evidence of why each item qualifies.

The agent then sends an internal notification to both Sales and Purchase, pre-fills a draft containing customer-facing benefits for every suggested item, and routes it through an approval workflow. Once a configuration is approved, we store it locally so future, similar requests can be answered even faster.

Phase 1 will be a controlled release: human reviewers must be able to override every field before anything reaches the customer. Later phases will expand automation once accuracy is proven.

I am specifically looking for someone who has already built Zoho Creator apps that integrate with Zoho Inventory, WhatsApp Business or Twilio APIs, and who is comfortable embedding AI/LLM parsing utilities while respecting Zoho’s data security policies. Please outline:

• which tools or libraries you would use for message parsing,
• how you plan to authenticate securely with both mail and WhatsApp channels,
• your approach to logging, rollback and version control inside Creator, and
• a brief milestone plan leading up to the first human-reviewed release.
