I’m ready to launch “Silver Songs for Seniors,” an online storefront where every track I’ve written becomes a heartfelt, send-able gift—much like an e-greeting card, but with music. Each song is already a mastered MP3, copyright-registered and professionally demoed in Nashville (a few were polished with Suno AI), so the creative side is complete; what I need now is the digital experience that lets buyers spread the joy.
Here’s the user journey I have in mind:
• Visitors browse a clean, easy-to-navigate catalog of my songs, filtered by occasion or sentiment.
• They select a favorite, add a short, personal message, and schedule delivery to the recipient’s email for the big day.
• On the scheduled date, the recipient receives a warm, branded email containing the custom message and a secure link or embedded player to enjoy the MP3.
• Funds from each purchase flow straight into my bank account through an integrated payment gateway (I’ve seen this work on Wix, but I’m open to your platform recommendation as long as it remains simple and dependable).
The overall feel should be personalized and heart-warming, never cluttered, and intuitive for customers who may not be tech-savvy themselves. A mobile-friendly design and accessible font sizes are essential.
Key functions I need built:
1. Song catalog manager so I can upload, tag, and price tracks on my own.
2. Checkout with Stripe or PayPal for instant payouts.
3. Scheduling engine that queues the email gift delivery for the chosen date and time.
4. Email template that pulls in buyer’s message and a unique download/stream link.
5. Basic analytics dashboard (sales, most-purchased songs, upcoming deliveries).
If you have experience creating greeting-card-style e-commerce flows—or better yet, have tackled scheduled digital deliveries before—I’d love to hear how you’d bring this vision to life and keep ongoing maintenance straightforward for a solo songwriter.
