Limited-Scope Attorney Needed – Subpoena Review & Signing

We are looking for a licensed limited-scope Attorney in the United States.

The Assignment

We need an attorney who can assist with subpoenas in an existing civil matter, including:

Review subpoena requests and supporting documents prepared by our team
Confirm that the subpoenas are properly drafted and legally appropriate
Make any necessary corrections
Sign, issue, or otherwise execute the subpoenas where attorney involvement/signature is required
Provide limited guidance on proper service and procedural requirements

This is not a request for full representation. We are specifically looking for someone comfortable with a limited-scope engagement.

Ideal Candidate
Licensed attorney in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
Experience with civil litigation and subpoenas
Familiarity with state and/or federal subpoena procedures
Comfortable working with documents prepared by another team
Willing to take on a small, clearly defined assignment
Litigation, commercial litigation, or civil-procedure experience preferred
Important

The substantive work and document preparation will largely be completed in advance. We are looking for an attorney to provide the necessary legal review, professional judgment, and execution/signature where legally required.
