After signing for the equipment, you will follow the written configuration guide I supply, verify that every charger and accessory works, and complete an intake checklist before the laptops go live.

Once online, the machines need to remain powered up 24/7 except during agreed maintenance windows or unavoidable outages. If power, hardware, or connectivity problems appear, I expect a prompt incident report so we can act quickly. You will also handle occasional local deliveries or pickups—always documented and carried out safely and on time—then update the inventory log accordingly.

Absolute adherence to our security, confidentiality, and equipment-handling procedures is essential; I will provide the policies you must follow. Familiarity with basic networking, surge protection, and physical security best practices will help you succeed.
