We are looking for a creative social media content creator/designer to build a cohesive Instagram campaign for our online fashion business. Please read carefully before bidding.
WHAT WE ACTUALLY NEED
Not someone to drop our product images into templates - we already generate individual designs ourselves with ChatGPT, AI tools and Photoshop. We want to outsource the creative workload and thinking: what to post; which products appear together; how they are presented; what each post communicates; which ideas are a single image, a multi-product composition or a carousel; what headline text appears; how Stories support the feed; how the profile stays coherent while the content stays varied without looking random. We need someone who takes responsibility for this instead of waiting for instructions for every design.
AI tools are completely acceptable - we use them ourselves and know how much they accelerate this work, so we are not paying by the hours manual creation would take. We are paying for creative direction, content creation, fashion presentation, coherence and a finished campaign ready to publish. Use whatever professional workflow gives the best result.
WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE
After awarding: live website URL, Instagram account, brand logo/assets, App Store and Google Play URLs. The website already contains our products, photography, categories, prices, promotions, product information and collections. The mobile apps are already live.
IMPORTANT - YOU MUST COLLECT THE CONTENT YOURSELF
We will NOT prepare screenshots, product selections or individual assets for every post. You receive the website and app links and must explore them and collect what you need: browse our Dresses for a Dresses campaign, the current Sale products for a Sale campaign, pick a real example for a Complete the Look post, use the real current app screens for an app post, and open the live website for any screenshot you need.
Please do not accept this project and then ask us to send screenshots, choose which dresses you should use, or send the products for a post - that is exactly the workload we are outsourcing. If something genuinely cannot be accessed we will help, but normal content discovery, product selection and screenshot capture are part of this assignment.
DELIVERABLES - INITIAL CAMPAIGN
15 Instagram feed concepts forming 5 visually cohesive rows of 3 posts, 1080 x 1350 (4:5 portrait). A "concept" is not necessarily one image - each can be a single image, multi-product composition, designed advertisement, carousel, editorial composition, product feature, app feature, promotional campaign, typography + fashion imagery, or lifestyle composition. We specifically want variety.
30 ready-to-publish Instagram Stories, 1080 x 1920 (9:16). Stories should complement the feed, not be resized copies of the posts. Some work individually; others form short sequences of 2-3.
PRESENTATION AND MULTIPLE PRODUCTS - NOT JUST PHOTOS
Very important. We already have normal e-commerce photography; Instagram should sell the idea, not repeat the website, and many posts should creatively display multiple products where it makes sense. Think like someone creating a fashion advertising campaign, not filling templates.
- A NIGHT OUT? Instead of one dress alone, one strong composition of several evening dresses, or a carousel: slide 1 "A NIGHT OUT?", slides 2-5 dresses, final slide "Discover more".
- COMPLETE THE LOOK: the full outfit together - top, bottom, shoes/accessory where applicable, additional complementary item - then potentially carousel slides highlighting each piece.
- ACTIVEWEAR: don't place one image and write "SPORTSWEAR" - build one energetic visual around movement, confidence or training, combining several options.
- BAGS: a composition where the bag complements the outfit or occasion. ACCESSORIES: curated, intelligent combinations instead of isolated e-commerce images.
- MEN'S / WOMEN'S FASHION: styling possibilities, combinations or curated selections.
- SALE: several attractive discounted products turned into a proper campaign.
The goal: product selection + composition + message + presentation.
ADVERTISING COPY
Develop short advertising headlines and supporting copy - no paragraphs of text on images. Think short fashion/e-commerce messaging: A NIGHT OUT? / MAKE IT YOURS. / YOUR LOOK. YOUR WAY. / MOVE WITH CONFIDENCE. / UP TO 50% OFF. / NORAE IN YOUR POCKET. / COMPLETE THE LOOK. / NEVER MISS WHAT'S NEXT. Examples only - contribute ideas rather than waiting for us to write every headline.
CONTENT AVAILABLE TO YOU
Fashion, Men, Women, Kids, Dresses, Casual, Loungewear, Plus Size, Sportswear/Activewear, Graphic clothing, Bags, Hats, Sunglasses, Bracelets, Accessories.
COMPLETE THE LOOK: we curate several products into complete outfits - dedicated content should show the complete combination, not isolated products.
PERSONALIZATION: eligible garments can be customized - customers add text, artwork/images and different placements. A strong feature deserving attractive content: creative and fashion-oriented, not technical.
MOBILE APP - "IN YOUR POCKET": live iOS and Android apps; we want content encouraging downloads, e.g. "NORAE, IN YOUR POCKET." The app includes shopping, categories, Complete the Look, personalization, order tracking, campaigns and notifications. Use the actual app when showing UI - never invent fake screens.
ORDER TRACKING: customers follow their order status; communicate convenience and transparency.
NOTIFICATIONS & CAMPAIGNS: customers receive campaign announcements in the app - communicate this around "Never miss what's next."
SALE - UP TO 50% OFF: selected products are discounted up to 50%; we want strong promotional content that still looks like a fashion campaign, not a cheap supermarket advertisement.
AFFORDABLE FASHION + QUALITY: pricing accessible to a broad audience with good product quality. Communicate value without looking cheap.
DELIVERY ACROSS LEBANON: we deliver across Lebanon; this can appear naturally in shopping/service content.
INSTAGRAM GRID COHERENCE
Extremely important. The feed shows three columns, so plan the 15 posts as roughly 5 coherent rows of 3. Our profile should feel like one business and one campaign - consistent typography, spacing, visual treatment, brand feeling, composition and color direction - but NOT 15 copies of one template. Coherence, not repetition. One row might focus on Sale, another on fashion discovery, another on the app/features, another on occasions/categories; propose the strongest arrangement.
Still, do not slice one giant image into three posts. Each post must work alone in the feed, and since some may later be boosted, each important post needs its own visual hierarchy, message, product presentation and purpose.
STORIES
The 30 Stories should cover several weeks of publishing. Possible directions: new products, product selections, dresses, "A Night Out?", men's, women's, kids, activewear, accessories, bags, Complete the Look, personalization, app download, order tracking, notifications, Sale / up to 50%, delivery, outfit inspiration, product combinations, category discovery, shop now. Use creative judgment, not a checklist.
AI IS ALLOWED
AI-assisted creation is absolutely allowed - ChatGPT, image generation, Photoshop AI, other professional tools. But AI is a tool, not the creative direction. We still expect good product selection, composition, fashion sense, accurate products, correct text, visual consistency, good typography, appropriate messaging, human quality control and no obvious AI artifacts. Do not alter a real product so much that it becomes a different product.
SOURCE FILES & REUSABILITY
We want to keep using the visual system afterwards, so provide the editable source files. For the main reusable static layouts we strongly prefer Photoshop PSDs, since we use Photoshop internally. Where practical: Smart Objects for replaceable products, editable text, separate product layers and backgrounds, masks, organized groups, clearly named layers. An excellent "A Night Out?" composition with four dresses should let us swap in four new dresses later without rebuilding it.
BEFORE FULL PRODUCTION
Do NOT immediately create all 15 posts and 30 Stories. The first milestone is the creative direction: after reviewing our website and app, propose the 15 concepts, how they form the 5 rows, which are carousels, the main campaign messages, the Story direction and the visual system. A simple visual/content plan is enough, not a huge marketing document. Once approved, create the first row of 3 posts and several Stories; after we approve that design direction, continue with the rest.
VISUAL DIRECTION
Modern, fashion-focused, clean, warm, bright, elegant, editorial, professional, commercial, inviting. We are not an inaccessible ultra-luxury house - this is an online fashion business serving different people, styles and budgets. Beautiful and professional, but approachable.
PLEASE AVOID
Generic Canva-looking templates; one product photo + logo repeated 15 times; copying website images without creative treatment; cheap Sale graphics; excessive text; random fonts; overdesigned layouts; fake app interfaces; unrealistic garments; every post having the same composition; waiting for us to provide every screenshot or product selection.
WHAT WE ARE REALLY HIRING YOU FOR
Not image production - we can do that. We want someone who looks at our website, products, features and promotions and says: "I understand the business. Here's what we should show people, here's how we should present it, and here's the finished content."
DELIVERABLES SUMMARY
15 feed concepts in 5 rows of 3 (carousels where they help); 30 Story frames; short ad copy; screenshots and product selection done by you; ready-to-publish JPG/PNG files; editable sources with reusable PSDs; content/grid plan and posting order.
