Zoho Books Setup & Integration

Our organisation has just moved onto the Zoho platform and Zoho Books needs to be production-ready as soon as possible. The priority is Zoho Books (Zoho Billing and Zoho CRM will follow, but they are out of scope for this engagement unless the work naturally overlaps).

Here is what has to be delivered:

• Accounts & Workflows
– Create and verify all Bank, Customer and Vendor accounts.
– Build the core bookkeeping workflows that drive invoicing, payments, expense approvals and recurring transactions so my finance team can use them without manual tweaks.

• Systems Integration
– Connect Zoho Books to the other apps we already rely on (e.g. payment gateways, e-commerce, CRM). The intent is zero double-entry. REST API, Zoho Flow or any native connector can be used—whichever keeps it clean and future-proof.

Configuration should follow best practices inside Zoho Books so reports balance first time and automation rules are easy for us to adjust later. A short hand-over session (recorded screen-share is fine) plus written notes on where each setting lives will close the assignment.
