Looking for a full stack detailed oriented developer who doesn't believe in making mountains out of molehills and desires working with a company that has a road map to many follow-up projects.

We are searching for a consistent and professional developer to develop well designed and extensible customer service patient portal for our webapp. The core idea is to provide our telehealth customers an email link to a login area within our webapp only accessible to clients who have purchased goods and services from us.

We have an Ai generated interface prototype using Claude which is very close to what we are looking for. We will provide the description used to generate the prototype as well as the output source code so developer can use this to customize the starting point or even build upon it.

Operation and features of the patient portal are as follows:
When a patient goes through our online telehealth purchase process and pays, finishes their prescription and payload gets sent to the Dr Network for prescription fulfillment with pharmacy patient is then sent an email directly with instructions(link) on how to Login and create an account for the patient portal. Account will then be verified with their Email and/or phone number in our DB to make sure of a successful transaction and HIPPA and FDA privacy compliance.

Once a patient portal account has been created and patient has “logged in” the patient will be presented with a home window screen (phone or computer) upon login and a selection of features (similar to provided ai sample) for the purpose of customer service and managing their relationship with FitByShot. A login option at the bottom footer of our webapp will also allow patient portal users to “patient portal login” as well.

The following are the list of features an selections available which developer will need to link directly into our webapp:

Main selection button or slider toggling between customer service and patient portal similar to Ai sample to include the following.

• Quick View area selectable icon/button to show active prescriptions.
• Quick View area selectable icon/button to show active refills available for prescriptions.
• Quick View area selectable icon/button to show original, previous and next billing information for active refills.
• Quick View area selectable icon/button to show active alerts (Dr message, issue with CC billing….).

Provide easy to understand icon/button driven interface approach for implementation.
• depress Icon button in quick view navigation menu to show detail active prescriptions.
• depress Icon button in from quick view navigation menu to show active refills for prescriptions.
• depress Icon button in from quick view navigation menu to show next billing information for active subscription and refills.
• depress Icon button in from quick view navigation menu to show next billing information for Ai support chat.
• depress Icon button in from quick view navigation menu to show active alerts (Dr message, issue with CC billing, canceling subscription, Video appointment rescheduling (OLA API) ….).

Implement royalty free Ai based Chat window which is simple yet effective in design. As a last resort if ai can’t answer questions email can then be directed to support.

Details within each above area to be mutually discussed and developer implemented as per discussion. Other small unforeseen items may come up and are expected to be dynamically dealt with in the scope of this project. The actual work in the project is filling in the operation and function described above and within the portal and connected to our Webapp.

Upon award of project Claude text which was used to create prototype will be forwarded as well as other screen samples.
