Power Automate Task Dashboard

I have a busy shared Outlook mailbox and want every incoming message to be handled automatically. Using Power Automate, I need two core flows: one that sorts new mail into clear, searchable categories, and another that converts those messages into actionable tasks displayed on a live dashboard my whole team can access.

The solution must sit entirely within Microsoft 365—leveraging Outlook and Power Automate—so there’s no third-party dependency and everything remains secure under our existing tenancy. If you feel a lightweight Teams tab or similar surface makes sense for the dashboard, I’m open to that, but the priority is a clean, real-time task list everyone on the team can see without extra licences or log-ins.

Please build, test, and document the setup, then walk me through day-to-day use and any basic edits I might need down the road. I’ll provide the shared mailbox credentials and sample messages as soon as we start.
