ICC Concrete Plans Review Engineer

I have a complete set of reinforced-concrete drawings prepared to ICC requirements for a large infrastructure project, and I need them formally reviewed and approved. The design work is finished; what remains is an independent structural check focused on the load-bearing concrete elements—foundations and footings, concrete beams and columns, plus all slabs and walls.

You will examine the drawings, schedules, and supporting calculations, verify compliance with the relevant ICC codes (and any local amendments), and flag anything that needs adjustment. Once comments are resolved, I’ll rely on your professional approval to move the project into procurement and construction.

Deliverables
• Red-lined PDF or CAD mark-ups that clearly show every correction or clarification needed
• Concise review report confirming compliance with ICC-reinforced concrete provisions
• Final approval letter (sealed/stamped if you are licensed in the United States)
