I already have a fully-modelled hydraulic ram frame and now need a finite element analysis to confirm that its design is sound. The task is straightforward: run a detailed, mesh-converged FEA that verifies overall structural integrity under the static loads the ram will see in service.

My chief concern is how the stresses distribute throughout the frame—especially at welds, joints and any abrupt geometric transitions—so I need clear von Mises plots and numeric stress results that prove we remain within allowable limits. A short note on displacements and an overall factor-of-safety value will be useful for context, but the stress map is the priority.

Deliverables
• Cleaned-up analysis files (ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, Abaqus or similar)
• PDF report summarising assumptions, boundary conditions, material data, mesh verification, peak stresses and conclusions
• One brief call or chat to walk through the findings and answer follow-up questions

If you have recent experience analysing welded frames or hydraulic equipment, I should be able to hand over the CAD model and loading info right away so you can get started.
