You’ll receive a detailed script that outlines the talking points, questions, and closing steps. The wording is flexible—feel free to adapt it so the conversation stays authentic—but the core information must be covered on every call.

Because these are small businesses, many owners pick up the phone themselves. A confident, courteous manner and the ability to note subtle feedback will be valued just as much as perfect pronunciation.

Deliverables I’ll need from you:
