I need this website **fixed, tested, and working by the end of this week**. I am looking for someone experienced with **WordPress, Divi Theme Builder, Divi Visual Builder, and WPML** to troubleshoot and correct several issues on **[www.nobeep.ca](http://www.nobeep.ca)**.
The website is built with WordPress using the **Divi theme and Divi Visual Builder**, including custom/global headers and menus managed through the Divi Theme Builder. The website also uses **WPML for English and French content**.
This is **not a website redesign**. The priority is to fix the existing configuration, navigation, translations, and related issues without unnecessarily rebuilding the site.
### 1. English/French Menus and Navigation
The English and French menus and global headers are not behaving consistently.
I need:
* The correct **English menu** to appear on English pages.
* The correct **French menu** to appear on French pages.
* Menu links to direct visitors to the correct corresponding English or French pages.
* The language switcher to take visitors to the corresponding translated page whenever a translation exists.
* Navigation links throughout the site reviewed and corrected where necessary.
The desired main header structure should include:
* **Home**
* About Us
* Partners
* Contact Us
* Subscribe
* **News**
* **Services**
* **Business Directory**
The equivalent structure should be properly configured for the French version using the appropriate translated pages and labels.
### 2. Divi Global Header / Theme Builder
There appear to be inconsistencies between the English and French Divi Theme Builder templates.
The **Global Header and its template assignments** need to be reviewed and corrected so that the design, menu, language switcher, and navigation behave consistently in both languages.
Changes to one language should **not unintentionally overwrite or break the other language**.
### 3. WPML Page Translations
Some English pages are not properly connected to or displaying their corresponding French translations.
The existing pages need to be reviewed to determine:
* Whether the English and French versions are properly connected in WPML.
* Whether the language switcher leads to the corresponding translated page.
* Whether any pages have incorrect or missing WPML translation relationships.
* Whether Divi content is displaying correctly on translated pages.
* Whether the relevant content/post types are correctly configured for translation.
### 4. Duplicate Pages
There appear to be duplicate versions of some pages, including **About Us, Our Team/Administration, and Governance**. These need to be carefully reviewed before anything is deleted. The existing discussion identified multiple published URLs for these pages.
The correct pages should be identified based on their content, menu usage, WPML relationships, and French translations. Duplicate pages should then be consolidated, redirected, unpublished, or removed as appropriate **without breaking existing links or translations**.
### 5. French Translations
Some website content still needs to be available correctly in French.
Where French translations already exist, they should be properly connected and displayed through WPML.
Where content has **not yet been translated**, this should be clearly identified so we can distinguish a missing translation from a technical WPML/Divi problem.
### 6. Social Media Links and Icons
The social media links/icons need to be corrected and displayed in **both the header and footer**.
In the header, the social media icons should be positioned appropriately toward the **top-right of the desktop layout**, while also displaying correctly on tablets and mobile devices.
The following social platforms need to be included:
* X
* Instagram
* LinkedIn
* Facebook
* YouTube
The correct social URLs have already been provided. The existing discussion also established that the X and LinkedIn footer links were previously configured as `#`, while Facebook and Instagram had working links.
### 7. Minor Divi Design / Layout Fixes
A few pages, menus, and header/footer areas may require minor Divi formatting and responsive-layout adjustments.
These should be corrected where necessary, but again, **this is not a full website redesign**.
### 8. Testing Before Completion
Before the project is considered complete, the website should be tested in **both English and French**, including:
* Desktop navigation
* Mobile navigation
* English/French language switching
* Header and footer
* Menu dropdowns
* Internal page links
* WPML translated-page relationships
* Social media links
* Duplicate/redirected pages
* Divi responsive layouts
### Important
The objective is to **repair and stabilize the existing WordPress/Divi/WPML configuration**, not replace it.
I am specifically looking for someone who understands how **Divi Theme Builder templates, Global Headers, WordPress menus, WPML translations, translated pages, and language-specific navigation interact**.
The work will be performed on the **live website**, so changes should be made carefully and in a way that minimizes disruption. Please do not delete duplicate pages or make major WPML/permalink changes without first confirming what those pages are connected to.
The main deliverable is a website where **English and French navigation, pages, translations, menus, header/footer, and social links all work consistently and correctly**.
