SAM.gov Registration Specialist – U.S. Government Contractor Setup

We are looking for an experienced SAM.gov Registration Specialist / U.S. Government Contracting Consultant to help us complete our company registration with SAM.gov (System for Award Management).

Project Scope

The selected freelancer will assist us with:

* Creating and/or completing our SAM.gov entity registration
* Obtaining or verifying the company’s UEI (Unique Entity ID)
* Assisting with CAGE Code registration/requirements, if applicable
* Entering and validating company information in SAM.gov
* Selecting appropriate NAICS codes based on our business activities
* Reviewing business representations and certifications
* Setting up the company profile for eligibility to pursue U.S. federal government contracts
* Identifying and resolving any registration errors or validation issues
* Guiding us through the complete registration process
* Providing instructions for maintaining/updating the SAM.gov registration after completion

Ideal Freelancer

We are looking for someone who:

* Has prior experience completing SAM.gov registrations
* Understands UEI, CAGE Code, NAICS codes, and federal contractor registration
* Has experience working with U.S. businesses/LLCs
* Can explain the process clearly and professionally
* Can complete the registration accurately and avoid common compliance mistakes
* Has successfully helped other companies register with SAM.gov
