I am bringing my indie game into its final stretch and need a fresh set of expert hands to elevate every rough edge that still shows.
Graphics first: updated high-resolution textures across environments and props, balanced real-time lighting that feels natural yet dramatic, and sharper character models with refreshed materials and subtle rigging tweaks where necessary. These visual touches should sit comfortably within the current asset pipeline (Unity HDRP), compile without warnings, and keep draw calls in check.
On the mechanical side, I want tighter, more responsive player controls, smarter enemy behaviour that reacts believably to stealth, distance and line-of-sight, and levels that flow—spawn points, pickups and checkpoints may need repositioning to smooth difficulty spikes.
The UI also needs a clean once-over: consistent iconography, legible typography at 1080p and 4K, streamlined menu transitions and an intuitive gamepad / mouse interplay.
Deliverables
• Polished build (Windows) with all changes integrated
• Source files: updated textures, models, scripts, UI prefabs
• Brief change log outlining asset, code and scene modifications
• A short video (2-3 min) demonstrating before/after differences
Acceptance criteria
The new build should run at equal or better performance on my existing test rig (i7-9700 / RTX 2070, 16 GB RAM), pass all automated regression tests, and subjectively “feel” smoother and read more clearly on first play.
If you love squeezing the last 10 % of shine out of a project, this is the sprint for you.
