I am looking for an experienced freelancer, team, or agency to conduct a complete outreach and client acquisition campaign targeting academic institutions, research centers, universities, and scientific journals. The primary goal is to find and secure confirmed, ready-to-work clients who need professional academic writing, scientific editing, manuscript formatting, or research evaluation services according to journal guidelines and academic standards.
This is not a simple lead generation project. I do not want just a list of names and emails. I need someone who can contact, persuade, and secure agreements with clients on my behalf, delivering them to me ready to start work.
