I’m onboarding a candidate in Enniscorthy and must validate every critical piece of their professional past before a contract is signed. Reference checks should capture qualitative feedback on performance, reliability, and rehire eligibility, again citing the referee’s details for traceability.

Deliver a concise report (PDF) that:
1. Lists every employment period chronologically with your verified findings.
2. Flags any discrepancy against the résumé I provide.
3. Includes an appendix of reference transcripts or summaries.

Confidentiality is paramount and the final file must comply with GDPR requirements. Please note the investigation concerns one candidate only; turnaround within five business days is preferred once you receive the résumé and contact consents.
