Custom-Coded, Modern Website Development

I’m looking for a web developer with a strong sense of clean and modern design to build a custom-coded website.
The website should feel simple, professional, polished, and easy to use. I prefer a modern style with good spacing, clear typography, smooth sections, and a strong visual hierarchy.
Please do not use WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, or other website builders.

I do not need a complicated backend. The main focus is frontend quality and visual design.
The website will target a U.S. audience, so experience with modern American website design and natural U.S. business presentation is helpful.
I will provide the general content and direction, but I would also like you to suggest improvements to the layout and overall design.
