I’m preparing a new consumer-electronics device and need its outer housing modelled as a single, well-engineered mechanical part. The focus is solely on the enclosure: wall geometry, snap-fits or screw bosses where appropriate, and any detailing that will let me move straight into prototyping or tooling once the design is signed off.
Please build the part in a mainstream solid-modelling package (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor or similar) so I can iterate internally. The final geometry should be watertight, manufacturable and free of redundant features.
Deliverables
• Native CAD file of the enclosure
• Neutral STEP file suitable for sharing with suppliers
• A quick screen-grab or PDF drawing calling out critical dimensions and wall thicknesses
I’ll supply sketches, overall dimensions and reference photos as soon as we start.
