Comprehensive Car Diagnostic App

I’m looking for a complete solution that can run full engine, transmission and electrical system diagnostics on my vehicle and compile the findings into a clean, share-ready PDF report. All interaction has to happen through a mobile app, so I can start a scan, watch live data and pull historical reports right from my phone.

Here’s what I need delivered:
• Mobile app (Android and/or iOS) that connects to the vehicle, triggers the scans and displays live data
• Automated generation of a well-formatted PDF report after each scan, including error codes, brief explanations and recommended actions
• Option to save, email or export those PDFs directly from the app
• Source code, build instructions and a short user guide so I can maintain or extend the solution later
