WordPress Android Scroll Jitter Fix

My WordPress site glides perfectly on iPhone, yet on Android the scroll is jumpy and inconsistent across every page. I need that same buttery-smooth experience delivered to Android users without compromising any existing styles, interactions, or plugins.

I just got my site re-done and de-bugged by a good freelancer and he used SiteOrigin. I already spent a lot of money and after multiple request he seemed unable to fix the issue. I really hope it's not a SiteOrigin clash with Android and re-doing the whole website again would be necessary.
