Randomized Donation Pool App

I want a cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android) that lets users donate money into a shared pot and then automatically runs a fair, truly random draw that awards a percentage of that pot back to selected participants. Every cycle, the system must accept one-off gifts as well as recurring donations, allow contributors to hide their identity if they wish, and give everyone a clear history of what they’ve given and what has been distributed.

Here’s the essential flow I have in mind. After creating an account, a user chooses whether to donate anonymously or under their profile. Apple Pay, Google Pay, card and any other standard gateways you recommend should be supported. The app records each transaction, updates the public pot total in real time, and shows every user their personal contribution timeline.

At a configurable moment (daily, weekly or on a threshold I can set from a back-office screen) the app triggers a provably random selection routine. It pulls eligible user IDs, selects the winner(s), calculates their payout share, logs the result, and fires an in-app message to notify those winners immediately. The pot then resets or rolls over the remainder to the next round depending on a rule I define.

Security, compliance and transparency are critical, so I’ll need:

• PCI-compliant payment handling with tokenisation
• A simple admin console where I can audit donations, adjust draw frequency and monitor flagged activity
• An algorithm that can be publicly verified for fairness (e.g. using a seed and blockchain hash or another auditable method)
• Clear analytics to track total funds collected, total distributed, and active user counts

Acceptance criteria
• Fully functional iOS & Android builds delivered via TestFlight / APK for testing
• Clean, well-documented source code (React Native or Flutter preferred, but I’m open if you have another stack that fits both stores smoothly)
• Successful App Store and Google Play submissions, or detailed store-ready packages if you don’t manage the publishing
• A brief guide explaining how to operate the admin console, trigger draws manually, and update payout rules
