My full set of commercial building drawings is finished and ready for permit submission; all that is missing is the official seal. I need both a licensed Architect and a licensed Professional Engineer to review and affix their stamps to the architectural, structural, and mechanical sheets so the package meets Canadian code and authority-having-jurisdiction requirements.
The drawings are complete and well-coordinated in CAD/PDF format. I will forward the files immediately for your review, along with a brief design summary and any supplementary calculations you may need. After your due-diligence check—code compliance, life-safety, structural integrity, and mechanical performance—please return:
• Digitally stamped PDFs for each discipline
• A short review memo noting any critical revisions (if required)
• Confirmation that your seals are valid for use in the project’s province
