Build Two-Sided Freelance Marketplace

Looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (or small team) to build from scratch a two-sided marketplace platform connecting clients/buyers with professionals/sellers.

The platform will charge a commission and needs to handle the following flows legally and automatically:

Required Features

• Client payments (Visa/Mastercard, Bizum and other payment methods)
• Automatic payment split (platform commission + payout to the professional)
• Wallets / payment accounts for professionals
• Payouts to bank accounts, wallets or cards
• KYC / identity verification system (Spain, Europe and LATAM: Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, etc.)
• Possible issuance of virtual or physical cards
• Commission management, VAT and basic reporting

What I need (starting from zero)

1. Complete web platform (frontend + backend)
2. Payment provider integration (preferably Mangopay or Lemonway; also open to Stripe Connect)
3. Split payments, escrow and payout flows
4. Onboarding + KYC system
5. Admin panel
6. Deployment and basic documentation

Mandatory Experience
• Previous experience building marketplaces or two-sided platforms
• Real experience with split payments / marketplace payments (Mangopay, Lemonway, Stripe Connect
or similar)
• Knowledge of European payment regulations (PSD2) and KYC/AML processes
Conditions
• Language: Spanish required for daily communication (or very fluent)
• Work format: Remote
• Preferably milestone-based work
