Build Reporting Layer for VICIdial Statistics Integration

I need a reporting layer built to integrate VICIdial statistics into an existing Supabase setup. The core task involves creating a proper reporting architecture, including normalized reporting data, reporting views/KPIs, and dashboard-ready data. The focus is on incorporating VICIdial stats like calls, agent activity, inbound callbacks, and lead sources into the reporting layer.

Key requirements:
- Automated synchronization from VICIdial to Supabase (every 1–5 minutes).
- Proper handling of inbound/outbound/CBACK calls.
- Agent-level and call-center-level reporting with KPIs like logged hours, conversion rates, sales per hour, etc.
- Dashboard-ready views with filtering by date range, agent, campaign, lead source, and more.
- Data validation and reconciliation against VICIdial reports.
