Boost Mobile Google PageSpeed to 90+

My corporate-style site is sitting at an unimpressive 70 on Google’s mobile PageSpeed Insights across every page. The target is a stable 90 or better without sacrificing design integrity or functionality. Code optimization is the focal point, so the job is entirely front-end and asset related—no server moves or hosting changes.
What needs to happen: trim the fat in CSS and JavaScript, remove or defer anything that blocks first paint, and streamline the asset loading sequence so Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) improve in tandem with the overall Lighthouse performance score. Think clean bundling, intelligent splitting, async/defer tactics, critical CSS inlining, and well-configured cache headers. Images and server tuning are already handled elsewhere; the win must come from smarter code delivery.
Deliverables
• A repeatable process (build script or documented steps) that pushes every public page to 90+ mobile in Google PageSpeed Insights
• Before / after Lighthouse reports for at least the home page and two internal pages
• A concise changelog of all code adjustments so future deployments remain compatible
Acceptance criteria: the 14 supplied URLs must score 90 or above on mobile in PageSpeed Insights under an incognito, throttled “mobile” test using the default settings, and all visual/UI features must remain intact.
Tools widely welcomed include Lighthouse, Webpack/Rollup, PurgeCSS, and any in-browser dev tooling you prefer; feel free to suggest equivalents if they achieve the same outcome.
