arXiv Paper Endorsement & Submission

I have two draft computer-science papers that I want to see live on arXiv. At this point they still need a compliant layout and, most importantly, an arXiv endorsement before they can be uploaded.

Here is where I need your help:
• Secure the formal arXiv endorsement for both drafts (I am not currently endorsed in the relevant category).
• Rework the manuscripts into arXiv-ready LaTeX or PDF sources, matching every guideline for fonts, figure sizing, metadata, and ancillary files.
• Handle the full submission workflow—creating the submission, responding to any automated or moderator feedback, and confirming public availability of each version.

Because the papers are still in draft form and I am not fully certain every section satisfies arXiv’s expectations, you may suggest minor structural edits if something is clearly missing or would trigger rejection. However, the main focus is endorsement, technical formatting, and successful publication; deep scientific rewriting is not required.

Deliverables will be accepted when:
1. Both papers appear on arXiv with the correct subjects, author information, and version numbers.
2. Source packages compile without error through the arXiv system.
3. I receive the submission IDs and public links.
