I’m working on a product built around an ARM Cortex microcontroller and need another pair of expert hands to move the firmware forward. The hardware design is already locked in; what I’m missing is clean, reliable, and efficiently written code that brings the board to life and can be maintained long-term.
You would be responsible for writing and integrating the core firmware, setting up peripheral drivers, and making sure everything compiles and flashes without drama. I usually work in C/C++ and keep toolchains flexible—Keil, GCC, STM32CubeIDE or similar are all fine as long as the final project files build reproducibly.
Because the scope touches several modules, I value well-commented code and a short hand-off document that tells me exactly how to recreate your build environment, program the device, and run a quick functional test. If you have your own preferred debugging workflow with SWD/J-Link, great—just outline it so I can replicate the steps.
Deliverables
