Android IP Camera & IoT App

I need a single Android application that brings three abilities together:

• show the live HD feed from my existing IP cameras,
• let me start / stop recording that feed and push the resulting files straight to my server, and
• allow me to toggle an IP-based IoT switch from inside the same interface.

A simple email-password login gate is required before anyone can use any feature. Once authenticated the user lands on a dashboard where the camera stream appears immediately; from there a record button begins saving footage and silently transfers it to my server (I will give you the endpoint and credentials). A separate tab or overlay houses the IoT switch with instant on/off feedback.

I am open to whichever libraries you prefer—ExoPlayer, VLC, ONVIF, RTSP, MQTT, HTTP REST—so long as the stream is smooth, recordings arrive on the server reliably, and the switch responds in real time. Source code and a brief setup guide complete the delivery; no other assets are needed.
