Cold Email Infrastructure and Campaign Management

Summary
We're an IT Services company (Website Design, Web Development, Digital Marketing, Hosting) looking for an experienced freelancer to build and manage our cold email infrastructure and run outbound campaigns targeting our ICP.

Scope of Work:

Build cold email infrastructure from scratch, scalable to 10,000 emails/day
Set up domain warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, mailbox rotation, deliverability best practices
Configure sending tools and manage outbound campaigns
Monitor and optimize open rates, reply rates, and deliverability
Provide regular performance reports

Required Skills:

Proven experience building cold email infrastructure at scale (10,000+ emails/day)
Strong grasp of deliverability and domain/mailbox setup
Experience with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, or Lemlist
Ability to write high-converting copy tailored to ICP and buyer persona
A/B testing experience for subject lines and email copy

We have 2 requirements before applying:

Share a sample email template targeting our services (Website Design, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or Hosting) that you've previously used in a real campaign, along with performance proof (open/reply rate or screenshot).
An A/B test template — two email variations with two subject lines, written for our ICP (businesses needing web/dev/marketing/hosting services) and a relevant persona. Add a short note on what you'd test and why.

Proposals without both will not be considered.
