Android App Admin Feature Updates

I already have a working Android application with a PHP/MySQL admin panel hosted on cPanel. What I need now is a focused round of feature additions, clean-up, and a small infrastructure fix so the Android build can be resubmitted to the Play Store while the public-facing website remains disabled.

Please treat the items below as discrete deliverables:

• Notification system – Store each push notification in the user’s account, allow both the user and the admin to delete it at any time.

• Persistent user profile – Save address and city inside the app (and in the admin panel) so the data survives logout/login cycles.

• Product enquiry dashboard – Surface every product enquiry inside the admin panel for quick follow-up.

• Attendance module – Build a simple in-app attendance tracker accessible from the admin backend.

• Order book & inventory order – Record each order plus its inventory impact in the admin panel.

• Web-to-Android wrapper – Convert my existing web view into the Android app where needed and guide the final upload to Google Play.

• cPanel housekeeping – Remove all unused files and fix the non-working webmail account.

• Secure login flow – New users must be approved by an admin before they can access the app; all existing functions stay exactly as they are.

Current stack: Android Studio (Java/Kotlin), PHP 7+, MySQL, cPanel. If any additional libraries or APIs are required, let me know before implementation.

Acceptance is based on each bullet point functioning in both the app and the admin panel, with clean, well-commented code and a successful Play Store submission.
