Android Cartoon Animation MVP

I am building the first-release MVP of “RSB Studio – Cartoon Animation Maker” for Android only. I have already prepared reference UI mock-ups that show exactly how each screen should look and behave.

Core scope
Within this phase I need the following working inside a single APK:
• Home screen that routes to every tool
• Pre-designed character library with expressions and the highest-priority character animations (walk, run, sit, dance, wave, talk) ready to drop on stage
• Background and props libraries
• Basic timeline editor so users can drag clips, adjust in/out points and preview in real time
• Camera controls (zoom, pan, rotate) tied to the timeline
• Voice recording, music and SFX tracks with simple volume control
• Text tool with font, size and colour choices
• Project save / load and basic video export (720p is fine for now)

Deliverables
1. Full Android Studio project with well-commented Kotlin or Java source code
2. Signed APK for testing
3. Clear build/run instructions

Milestones will be agreed before work starts; do not move beyond ₹15,000 INR cumulative without my written approval.

What I need from you
• A short note confirming which of the above features you can complete in this budget and how you would stage the milestones
• Estimated calendar days to first test build and to final delivery
• Links or APKs of any animation or video-editor apps you have shipped on Google Play or elsewhere

Nice-to-have ideas such as AI voice, lip-sync, prompt-to-video, cloud backup, subscriptions and 4K export are reserved for later phases, so please focus purely on the list above.
