I have a collection of PDFs that hold simple text and numerical information. I need every value transferred into a clean Excel workbook so I can maintain it for ongoing record keeping. No special visuals or conditional rules are required—just clear, well-labeled columns and rows that mirror the order in the source files.

Accuracy is critical; figures must match the originals exactly and text should remain intact, including punctuation and capitalization. Please organise the sheet logically (for instance, one PDF per worksheet or a consolidated master sheet with an extra column noting the source file name—whichever you feel keeps the data easiest to reference).

Deliverables
• An .xlsx file containing all extracted data arranged in standard columns and rows
• A quick note outlining any illegible entries or anomalies you encounter during transcription
