Extract PDF Text to Excel

I have a collection of PDFs that contain plain text arranged in clear sections and paragraphs. My goal is to capture every word of that content and transfer it into a clean Excel workbook. No special styling is required in the spreadsheet—just accurate text placed in logical rows or columns so it can be filtered and searched easily.

Source material
• PDFs contain text only (no tables, no images).
• Text is already divided into sections/paragraphs; that structure should be respected when you copy it over.

Expected deliverable
• One Excel file with all text from the PDFs faithfully reproduced.
• Each section kept intact and separated clearly—for example, one row per paragraph or one column per section, whichever keeps the flow obvious.
• No additional formatting beyond basic cell entry.

Quality matters more than speed; I’ll spot-check for completeness and typographical accuracy before approving.
