Convert PDF Tables to Excel -- 2

I have between 6 and 20 PDF documents that contain straightforward tables and a few accompanying charts. The layouts are clean—no merged cells, nested tables, or other complex formatting—so the main task is to transfer every figure, label, and chart title into an Excel workbook while keeping the original row-column structure intact.

I will provide the PDFs as soon as the project starts. What I need back is:

• One Excel file per PDF, clearly named to match the source
• Every table reproduced exactly, with numbers kept as numbers (not text) so formulas can be applied later
• Basic chart recreation is optional; a screenshot pasted below each related table is fine if native charting is time-consuming

Accuracy is more important to me than speed, but I would like the full set completed within a week if possible. If you use tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Power Query, or any reliable OCR/extraction software to streamline the process, just make sure the final Excel sheets are clean and ready for analysis.
