I need the tables locked inside several PDFs transferred into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The source tables include merged cells, so a simple copy-paste will not preserve the layout; every field must be placed in the correct row and column manually or with a reliable extraction workflow.

High accuracy is essential: totals, character spacing, and any special symbols must match the original documents exactly, with no dropped or shifted data.

Deliverables
• One Excel file (XLSX) replicating each table’s structure and content in separate sheets or a clearly labeled format that makes sense for quick analysis.
• Consistent column widths and headings so I can filter and run formulas immediately after delivery.
• A brief note describing any ambiguity you encountered and how it was resolved.

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of numeric and text values verified against the PDFs.
• No hidden merged cells; all information occupies discrete rows and columns.
• File opens without warnings in the latest versions of Excel (Microsoft 365 and Excel 2019 tested).

Reliable data entry skills, an eye for detail, and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Able2Extract, or manual re-keying shortcuts will help you complete the job smoothly.
