I’m commissioning a purpose-built website that represents both our residential care home and our home-care services in a warm, reassuring way. The visual direction is already set: soft, warm colours, plenty of white space, and authentic photography so families feel welcomed rather than confronted by a clinical look.

Core experience
• Every page must be intuitive, fully responsive, and WCAG 2.1 AA compliant.
• A secure, PCI-DSS–compliant payment flow will let families settle invoices online.
• A consultation-booking module should issue confirmations and automated reminders by email/SMS.
• The recruitment portal needs to handle CV uploads, pose screening questions, and track each application through shortlisting and interview.
• Performance matters: the live site and its staging twin each need a Lighthouse score above 90.

Tech stack
I’m comfortable with WordPress as the CMS, ideally used head-less or via the REST/GraphQL API, while the front-end is delivered in a modular React, Vue, or comparably component-based codebase. This will let us add live chat, bot hand-off, or WhatsApp integration later without a rebuild.

Deliverables & acceptance criteria
• Fully-functioning staging and production sites, mirrored for testing
• End-to-end QA showing payments, bookings, and recruitment workflows operational
• Lighthouse performance report ≥ 90 for mobile and desktop
• Source in Git with clear commit history and setup/rollback instructions
• Recorded screen-share training for administrators covering content edits, user management, and refunds
• Handover document outlining any custom plugins, environment variables, and future-feature hooks

If any clarification is needed up front—especially around the PCI environment or accessibility audits—I’m happy to supply it quickly so the build can move forward without guesswork.
