I am looking for an experienced researcher or virtual assistant to help me generate qualified leads from the academic and research sector. I need a well-organized list of contacts from institutions that routinely outsource research writing, manuscript preparation, editing, and publication support services.

What I Need:

1. Target Institutions: Universities, research centers, colleges, academic hospitals, and scientific journals that regularly work with freelance writers, editors, and researchers.
2. Lead Details (for each contact):
· Full name and job title (e.g., Department Head, Research Coordinator, Journal Editor, Grant Office Director, or Principal Investigator).
· Institutional email address (no Gmail, Yahoo, or generic domains).
· Phone number (where available and verified).
· Department or research center name.
· A brief note on the type of research support they typically need (e.g., manuscript writing, editing, statistical analysis, literature reviews, grant proposal writing, or publication assistance).
3. Verification & Quality Standards:
· All contacts must be verified through institutional websites, LinkedIn, or academic databases.
· Bounce rate must be below 10%.
· Each lead must include a source or reference for verification (e.g., link to institutional profile, LinkedIn URL, or published paper).
4. Delivery Format:
· At least 30 qualified leads in the first batch.
· Organized in a clean spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with clear columns: Name, Title, Institution, Department, Email, Phone, Source, and Notes.
5. Timeline:
· First delivery within 5 days of project start.
· Weekly updates and continuous prospecting for additional leads as needed.

Preferred Qualifications of the Service Provider:

· Proven experience in academic research, data collection, and lead generation.
· Familiarity with the academic sector and its outsourcing needs.
· Ability to verify information through institutional and academic sources.
· Proficiency with research tools such as LinkedIn, Google Scholar, Scopus, PubMed, and university directories.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Why I Need This Service:

I am a PhD holder in Physics with extensive experience in academic writing, research, and publication support. I am expanding my freelance business and need a steady stream of qualified academic clients. Instead of spending hours on random searches, I want a specialist who can deliver targeted, verified, and organized leads that save me time and effort.

What I Will Do with These Leads:

I will contact these decision-makers directly to offer my academic writing, editing, and research support services. The leads you provide will be the foundation of my outreach campaign.

Payment Terms:

· Payment is hourly ($20/hour) with a weekly limit of 10 hours.
· I am open to a fixed-price project if preferred (e.g., $500 for the complete project).
· All leads must pass quality checks before payment is released for that batch.

Bonus Criteria:

If you can also provide:

· Brief notes on past outsourcing behavior (e.g., "This department has hired external editors before").
· Priority leads (urgent needs or upcoming projects).
· Additional enrichment services (e.g., LinkedIn profiles, recent publications, or research interests).

Next Steps:

Please submit a concise proposal outlining:

1. Your strategy for finding and verifying academic leads.
2. The tools and databases you plan to use.
3. Your timeline for the first 30 leads.
4. Any relevant experience or samples of previous lead generation work.

I am ready to start immediately with the best candidate. Clarity, speed, and quality in your proposal will be key.

Best regards,
