Looking for an embedded systems engineer or instrumentation specialist in India to prototype and test a 20-channel pressure data acquisition (DAQ) setup.

The device monitors slow gas pressure buildup across 20 test vessels in parallel. It must read all 20 sensors and stream timestamped data via USB serial to a laptop, where a Python program plots the traces in real time and logs readings into an SQLite database.

Technical Requirements:
- Microcontroller: Raspberry Pi Pico (RP2040) or ESP32-S3 (USB bus powered).
- Multiplexing / ADC: 2x 16-channel analog multiplexers (CD74HC4067) or dedicated multi-channel ADCs (MCP3208) to sample 20 analog channels cleanly.
- Sensors: 20x 5V ratiometric pressure transducers (0.5V–4.5V output, 0–5 bar, G1/4").
- Cabling & Enclosure: 20 individual 3-meter shielded harnesses connected to a central enclosure with labeled terminal blocks, status LEDs, and USB output.
- Connectors: Tapped rigid caps to mount sensors air-tight.
- Software: Cross-platform Python 3 desktop script (PyQt6 / PyQtGraph + pyserial + sqlite3) displaying all 20 live curves and logging to SQLite. Must run on Windows 10 and Linux Mint.

Scope of Work:
1. Circuit design, breadboard/perfboard layout, and physical prototype assembly.
2. Microcontroller firmware sampling 20 channels at 1 Hz and streaming structured data.
3. Python GUI application with real-time visualization and SQLite storage.
4. Functional bench testing and video demonstration of live pressure readings before project completion.
5. Physical delivery of the completed prototype assembly.

Requirements for Bidders:
- Must be located in India.
- Please state your background in embedded hardware prototyping and instrumentation.
