About the Role We are looking for an IT Service desk specialist to join an existing team in supporting IT Service desk users across a number of countries. The role is fully remote and will involve handling incoming help desk phone calls, resolving tickets rapidly, and where needed, escalating issues. The team works on a rota system covering 24/7 with a mix of UK and APAC hours, with an on-call rota for weekends. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming help desk phone calls Resolve tickets rapidly Escalate issues when necessary Participate in a 24/7 rota system covering UK and APAC hours Be part of an on-call rota for weekends Qualifications/Requirements Very strong verbal communications (in English) Extensive experience of O365 Admin and O365 issue resolution Expertise with Intune Experience working in an MSP environment or on a busy support team resolving a high number of tickets per day Knowledge of Active Directory L1 and L2 support experience Ideally, experience supporting international users
