About the Role This position involves developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, SEO, and PPC. The role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools, as well as the ability to engage with leads and convert prospects into clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC). Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs. Engage with leads through outbound and inbound sales efforts, nurturing relationships and converting prospects into clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing collateral and sales presentations. Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and webinars. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems. Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help shape marketing strategies. Track everyday progress on demand generation and quality of leads passed on to the field sales team. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Advertising. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing / inside sales. Certification in Digital Marketing courses - AI, Digital Strategy, social media, PPC, Content Marketing, SEO, Email Marketing, Advertising, etc. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms – LinkedIn). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
