Project overview
The Inbound Sales Representative is responsible for receiving high-volume calls from prospects who have misdialed a given number- but opted in by pressing one after listening to the company reward offer. The representative will be required to effectively communicate how the reward program works while offering the company’s services, demonstrating strong salesmanship skills to overcome initial objections and closing the sale. Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond to inbound call inquiries from potential prospects who have misdialed and opted in to receive a reward. 2. Use active listening and effective communication skills. 3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by closing sales on the first call, demonstrating strong salesmanship skills and the ability to overcome initial objections. 4. Accurately document sales activity in the company #39s CRM system. 5. Continuously improve sales skills through training and development opportunities. Requirements: 1. Strong salesmanship skills and the ability to overcome objections. 2. Fluent English: Good verbal communication skills. 3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. (Must have call center sales experience, meaning collected credit cards over the phone) 5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. (We are opened M-F 8:30 am to 8:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am- 6:00 pm all in EST) The ideal candidate is: 1. Results-driven and self-motivated with a proven track record of success in high- Volume sales. 2. Capable of effectively overcoming objections. 3. Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 4. A team player with a positive attitude and strong sales orientation. 5. Possesses good English verbal communication skills. 6. Has 1–2 years of relevant sales and call center experience. 7. Someone who is coachable and adaptable.
