Hello, Our Firm Cyber Resource is looking for an Experience Attorney/ Paralegal who can Assists in preparing the H1B Petitions ,Visa Transfer , Green Card Application . We are Expanding our business model to hire Temporary Workers on different Visas and we are in need of Experienced Immigration Law professional who can provide their services as needed on On-Going Basis. Duties /Responsibilities: 1. Preparing petitions/applications for various NIV and IV immigration cases, including: temporary work visas (H-1B, L, E-1/2, ); I-140 (EB-1, 2, 3, including national interest waivers); I-485, including consular processing; applications for employment authorization documents; travel documents; replacement I-94; I-90 2. Research law, procedure and keep track of immigration law updates 3. Responding/Coordination of RFE deadlines 4.Draft supporting letters, RFE responses and client correspondence 5.
