About the Role This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Specialist at MyBookees. The role involves managing HR functions, policies, and employee benefits. The Human Resources Specialist will handle personnel management and ensure compliance with HR regulations on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Be actively involved in HR projects, such as organizing training sessions and workshops. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.). Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude. Strong ethics and reliability.
