Project overview

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic and ready to engage in our company culture and have demonstrated experience in talent acquisition plus a strong background in one of the following HR competencies: Employee relations HRIS Benefits management Compliance Engagement This is a mid-level generalist position (non-supervisory) reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will proactively partner with managers and teammates to provide guidance and coaching on all HR-related issues. Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 5+ years of related experience at the generalist level; or equivalent combination of education and experience SHRM and/or HRCI certification is preferred/encouraged Must have thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations Strong talent acquisition, employee relations and engagement/retention skills Advanced HRIS experience highly preferred (Paylocity) Concentrated specialty in benefits, compliance and/or compensation preferred Strong PC, writing, analytical and HRIS skills Ability to multi-task with limited resources and manage multiple competing priorities Excellent customer service skills
