Project overview

We are looking to hire an HR Manager with call center recruiting experience. You have human resource end-to-end / full cycle experience. This role is likely to be 75% recruiting and 25% day to day other HR-related actiities. 7+ years experience. Full time. Monday-Friday on EST time zone. Fully remote. The ideal candidate has the following: -direct past experience working with a recruiting firm -owns a database and recruiting software/tools -can source new talent, interview, shortlist and present to management in a clear and concise way and give ratings and rationale for the shortlist. -has own large network of talent to approach -experience recruting for entry-level positions up to C-suite positions. -ability to recruit globally. In addition to recruiting, the candidate will remotely manage the day to day HR aspects of our call center: hiring, employee contrats (NDAs), performance reviews, disciplinary action, terminations, etc. You must be fluent in English.
